TRIANGLE BLIND
GOLFERS ASSOCIATION
“Don’t Have to See It To Hit It!”

About Us
For decades, blind and low vision individuals have enjoyed the game of golf. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, the Triangle Blind Golfers Association provides opportunities for men, women, and children to learn, play, and grow through the game of golf.
How it works. Golfers are paired with a sighted coach, who will instruct and assist with play. Weekly clinics will ready you to take on the course. Clinics and golfing events will be held at Hillandale Golf Course, 1600 Hillandale Road, Durham, NC 27705. Golf equipment provided by TBGA.

James Davis
Visionary
Triangle Blind Golfers Association was founded by James Davis, a local athlete, competitive golfer, and long-time Triangle resident who found deep joy and purpose in the game. Davis wanted to share that same feeling with others in his own community — especially those who often face barriers to participating.
His belief is simple: Golf is bigger than a sport. It’s a place where people connect, laugh, grow, and feel proud of what they can do. TBGA was built to open that door to blind and low-vision golfers right here in North Carolina.
